In Christ Alone In Christ Alone - The popular contemporary hymn by Keith Getty and Stuart Townend is here set for 4-5 octaves. Originally this was a commission for a festival in Kansas. The arrangement is supported throughout by a malleted bass line, much like a military drum pattern. The melody enters against this, and then the accompaniment is gradually added in. Mallets on suspended upper bells adds a nice touch. Set in C Major, a triumphant ending concludes the 80 measure piece.
